The Ask: Evernow, a menopause telehealth startup, approached Good Fun with a need for a social rebrand and jumpstart. They had a huge amount of momentum (hello, $28.5mm Series A!) but struggled to channel this energy into social media. Although their market is huge — all women will go through menopause in their lifetimes, and over 1 million women in the U.S. enter this health stage every year — public awareness of menopause and its symptoms is shockingly low. 

The Solution: In our initial social strategy, our aim was to increase women’s awareness of this stage in their health journey and the impacts it has, as well as the well-studied hormonal treatment options that Evernow provides via telehealth services. We took their social presence from middle-of-the-road to best of the best through crafting health and wellness-focused content, engaging their growing community and highlighting their unique value-adds, from a first of its kind app to their expert medical advisors. As brand awareness grew, we created a paid social strategy that aligned with Evernow’s goals to reach new customers for their membership program.

The Results: In under three months, we were able to increase Evernow’s rate of new followers more than 200% on Instagram and more than 100% on TikTok, and double their brand awareness through social media. Through our paid social activations, their online membership sales grew 30% during our engagement. We’re so proud of their growth, and the much-needed solutions they’re providing for women’s health, through menopause and beyond.
