The Ask: When Beyond, a global design firm with clients like Google and Montblanc, approached us with a need for a new brand voice, we were presented with a complex question: how do you unite a voice across cultures, time zones, and industries? With clients on multiple continents, and work that spans from designing watch faces to creating educational platforms, Beyond was struggling to narrow down how they spoke and who they served.
The Solution: We started with a brand voice audit, analyzing how they pitched themselves to new clients, what their areas of technical expertise were, and what content resonated most with their employees and audience. From here, we got to crafting and created a bold, unifying Voice & Tone that set Beyond apart as a force in the design world.
The Results: Beyond has gone on to win new clients like Artrya, Just Eat, and Snap with their new voice front and center. They’ve continued to establish themselves as a key voice in AI, ethics in technology and inclusivity in the workplace. We can’t wait to see how they use their voice next!
